Get ready for a show filled with music, movement, laughter, learning and a whole lot of heart! Busy Izzy and Friends are coming to the Entertainment Quarter on December 13th for a special live event that celebrates fun, friendship, and celebrating the everyday heroes in our community.
What’s Happening on the Day?
Move & Groove with Busy Izzy and Friends at 10am and 12noon is an exciting, interactive show that invites kids to dance, sing, and join in as the characters bring the colourful world of Green Grass Grove to life. But this time, there’s something extra special…
⭐ “You Can Be a Hero!” A Message for Every Child
During the show, Busy Izzy and her friends share an uplifting reminder that you don’t need a cape or superpowers to be a hero.
Heroes can be people just like us, people who do extraordinary things through simple, kind actions.
Izzy, Bobby, and Tess ask the children:
“Do you try to help your friends when they need you?”
When the audience answers “Yes!” they learn that they might be heroes too!
Izzy also reminds everyone that our communities are filled with real heroes, like firefighters, teachers, and kind neighbours who help others every single day.
Kids are invited to call out who they think heroes are, creating a wonderful, spontaneous moment of connection and celebration.
The cast responds with warm ad-libbed encouragement, making each child feel seen, valued, and part of something special.
